I’ve been where you are - and I know the path forward

I started out as an independent artist myself. I made the mistakes. I fell into the traps. I wasted time and energy guessing what to do next. But when I shifted from performing to producing and developing artists at an award-winning independent record label in the Midlands, I finally began to understand the business of being an artist. I learned more there — working behind the scenes — than I ever did as an artist on my own.

Millions of streams. Major Deals. Chart-topping artists

For 6 years, I’ve been immersed in artist development and music production. 4 of those years were spent at a label whose roster achieved millions of streams, one of whom went on to sign a major record deal with Umbrella (Tory Lanez). The label’s success even led to a major publishing deal for the CEO, who now works with UK chart-toppers like Stormzy and Aitch.

So what’s next?

Now, I’m taking everything I learned from those experiences — the strategies, the hacks, the systems — and giving independent artists the chance to access the same level of guidance and support that label artists receive… but without the contract.
